  • Getting set up with Check-In App takes just a few minutes. Sign up, choose your plan, and fill out your practice details in your personal dashboard. Your custom check-in page goes live instantly.

  • Before you get started, have these ready:

    • Your practice or business name

    • Your logo (optional but recommended)

    • Provider names, headshots, and the cell phone number where you'd like to receive notifications

    • A background image for your check-in screen (optional)

    Tip: Make sure the phone number you enter is a direct cell number - not a forwarding number like Google Voice- to ensure SMS notifications are delivered reliably.

  • Once your page is live, download your QR code directly from your dashboard and display it in your waiting area — printed, framed, or on a tablet. Your clients scan it when they arrive and you'll get a text notification in seconds.
