What do I need to get started?
Just your practice name, your providers’ names, and how each provider wants to be notified. If you choose text alerts, use a direct cell number rather than a forwarding number like Google Voice, so messages arrive reliably. You can add your logo, headshots, and a background image anytime. How do providers get notified?
By text, email, or push notification — your choice. Each provider in your practice can set their own preference in the dashboard.
Is it HIPAA compliant?
Yes. Alerts contain no client names or details, everything is SSL-encrypted on AWS HIPAA-eligible infrastructure, and we carry Technology E&O liability coverage. BAAs are available on request.
